Common uses of funds include building acquisition and renovation, equipment and machinery, working capital and others.
How much equity can my company expect to contribute?
Our goal is to reduce the level of equity an owner must put into a project. Often, the level is determined by the amount a senior lender is requiring. Companies established within the past two years can expect to contribute between 15 to 20 percent into a project. For established companies, the common owner injection is 10 percent or lower, and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
