CITYWIDE PROMOTES HEITKAMP TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

DAYTON, March 13, 2007 - CityWide Development Corporation has announced the promotion of Brian Heitkamp to the position of Economic Development Director. He previously served as Senior Loan and Investment Officer.

In his new position as Economic Development Director, Heitkamp will oversee CityWide’s complete array of economic development loan programs, which are designed to promote business growth in the City of Dayton. He will also oversee the activities of the other members of CityWide’s Economic Development department. Heitkamp has been with CityWide since early 2003. A native of Minster, Ohio, he has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Dayton.
